Assessment Overview
Costs are assessed on a per-lot basis proportional to road frontage. Final assessment amounts are determined by the project engineer and approved at the Assessment Hearing.
All figures on this page are estimates or placeholders. Official assessment notices are mailed directly to property owners of record.
Cost Breakdown
Engineering & Design
Road condition surveys, engineering drawings, and project specifications.
Construction — Milling & Paving
Full-depth milling, base repair, and asphalt repaving of all project streets.
Drainage Improvements
Swale grading, culvert replacement, and stormwater improvements where required.
Striping & Signage
Final road striping, stop bars, and replacement signage.
Administration & Contingency
Project management, permitting, inspections, and contingency reserve.
Payment Options
Residents may pay their assessment in full or in installments over the assessment period. Payment plans are available — contact us for details on your options.
