Paving Continues on Woodland Drive
Crews completed milling on Woodland Drive this week and paving is scheduled to begin Monday. Residents on Woodland Drive should plan for temporary access restrictions between 7am–5pm.

UpcomingJan – Feb 2027Final striping, signage, and curb work. Minor punch-list items addressed. Project closeout inspection.

Recent Updates
Phase 1 Streets Complete
All Phase 1 streets have been repaved and have passed inspection. Thank you to residents for your patience during construction.
Construction Kickoff
The contractor mobilized on August 5th. Work began on the eastern section of the neighborhood. The project is on schedule.
