When will construction start on my street?
Construction is proceeding street by street. Residents will receive advance notice — typically 48–72 hours — before work begins on their block. Check the Project Updates page for the current schedule.
Will I be able to access my driveway during construction?
Temporary access restrictions are typically in place between 7am and 5pm on active construction days. Crews make every effort to restore driveway access by end of day. If you have a specific concern, please contact us.
How was my assessment amount determined?
Assessments are calculated on a per-lot basis proportional to road frontage. The methodology was presented at the Assessment Hearing in March 2026 and approved by the community. See the Assessments & Costs page for more detail.
Can I pay my assessment in installments?
Yes. Payment plans are available. Contact us through this page and we'll walk you through your options.
Who is the contractor doing the work?
The contractor was selected through a competitive bid process. Contact us for contractor information.
What if I have damage to my property after construction?
Document any damage with photos and contact us immediately. The contractor is responsible for restoring any property disturbed during construction. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
